The product was received in a good condition. Display is good. Came with all needed accessories. Setting up was easily done by me. Performance is good. No scratches seen. Some virus issues was there initially but solved with good support from the seller. Hdmi port available though not tried.

Screen not working properly & CPU Connector is loose. So every time push the connector then start the Systems ,also Screen not working. Very Bad products, This is very bad image create for Amazon Business. We are buying nos of products from Amazon but when we return this order then answers is, replacement not possible due to non availability of stock. We don’t know about another Vendor, we know only & only Amazon Business.

I purchased a refurbished Lenovo ThinkCentre from Amazon, which I received on February 18, 2025. Upon turning it on, I noticed issues with Wi-Fi connectivity. I immediately contacted Amazon’s customer service and provided them with the warranty card details. They assured me that the issue would be resolved, and a replacement Wi-Fi device would be sent.
However, the replacement device only worked temporarily, and the issue persisted. I contacted Amazon’s customer service again, and they asked me to provide my bank details for a refund. I was told that the refund process would take 10business days.
On March 24, 2025, I contacted Amazon’s customer service again, and a representative named Akhil told me that if the cheque is rejected due to a name mismatch, the refund process would be canceled, and I would have to wait another 10business days.
Then, I told him that I would like to speak with his supervisor, and he transferred the call. A person introduced himself as Deepak from the Senior Leader Helpdesk. I explained the entire situation to him, but he continued to speak to me in a condescending and mocking tone.
I expressed my frustration and disappointment with the entire experience, stating that I had made a huge mistake by purchasing from Amazon.
I request Amazon to refund my money as soon as possible and provide better training to their customer service representatives on how to handle customer complaints effectively.
