I ordered computer , which I opened today for setup in my restaurant as tomorrow is opening of my restuarant but computer doesn’t start . It’s already in damge condition, it’s display monitor is damaged and not working .

The computer is working well and is very good value for money. However, MS Office doesn’t function properly and there is a clear message that the version of MS Office is not legal. As the computer has just been delivered to me, MS Office is working currently, but it will probably stop functioning soon unless I don’t buy an official licence.
The monitor is 4X3 aspect ratio, which is very old – it should be 16X9. However, all other aspects of the computer are good.

The monitor is totally scratch and i want replace with this another item with out monitor and only CPU, key board and other accessories. Appearance is very poor. i want to return this item and buy another one same product Mini PC (intel i5 Core 8 Gen.

We purchased this product on 28th Jan. It’s working properly for first two days. After that AC power adaptor was not working properly. We called customer care, because we have 6 month warranty on product. Customer care executive raise the request for replacement and said you can replace the item only one time on product warranty period. If any other part not working, I couldn’t get replacement. Don’t buy refurbished product
