Returned twice but still CPU not working. Accessories are 2nd quality.
Monitor and CPU brand and specs are good but unfortunately not working

The monitor is damaged and not working properly…. complaint about this to service centre a week ago….no one called me for inspection but only getting mail to reschedule….. atlast I told I will return and they are saying the money will take approximately 20 days to return

Monitor has purple dots all across, see photo. Keyboard and mouse are extremely bad. Other than CPU nothing is from HP.
Amazon allows replacement. I complained in 2 days, but there is no option. Only option is to ask for service. Service was scheduled after 2 days.
But The service person never visited. He called, took OTP, told they will replace or refund in 7 days. Now when I contacted amazon, they say the service person did not initiate any replacement, and the window is closed.
