We recently ordered this desktop for our office, and overall, we are very satisfied with the product. The desktop arrived in excellent condition, but we initially had an issue with the keyboard. However, after reaching out to customer support, they promptly sent a replacement, which resolved the issue. Got issue after 15 days of delivery, but warranty covered by new jaisa team , wifi connectivity was poor , but slow customer service process from new jaisawe need to wait 10 to 15 to connect with customer care

In the given cost, I got new led screen, mouse, wifi dongle, keyboard. Nice system in the given price. Windows 10 works excellent. Just sometimes the cpu fan makes lot of noise. Bootsup in less than one minute.
