Hi sir, I purchased your product.dell full set pc. Actually you put BIOS PASSWORD. SO I CANT ABLE TO OPEN SYSTEM. SO SEND BIOS PASSWORD OR RESET BIOS. System Hanging problm. I want to return this pc. If we will not get proper reply from your end, we will go to file consumer case against you, we will ask the claim 1 crore . I’m waiting for your reply and replacement.

Firstly i have an issue, the computer wasn’t able to power on, and i speak with customer care of Newjaisa and according to their advised i can solve the problem and now it is ok, and the product is good and value for money.

new jalsa Pune region Engineer is not supportive with costumer.
But Also don’t belive on Amazon ads because my recent experince is really realy bad with Amazon costumer support.
I was buy Dell computer set. But I had received faulty pc set still Amazon costumer executive not support me or not listen me properly. So don’t buy costly products from Amazon.

The Product Came out to be defective, I tried to return the product and they offered to send a technician. I thought maybe the product would be fixed. The Technician never visited and the return window got closed.
Now I have a defective product.
