The computer stopped working in 2 hours. Tried to arrange an inspection. The engineer didn’t show up twice. Took PIN over the call and marked the service complete. Such rubbish service! Struggling to return the product for over a month and the career is rejecting my return. So, DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY TO BUY THIS.

The product, even though refurbished appears like a new purchase. Easy to assemble and works good for now… Got the delivery yesterday and it was packed very well. Easy warrenty registration through just by calling New Jaisa customer service as well. So far pretty smooth and good.

Very low quality, and i received a different product . cpu is in damaged condition , keyboard and mouse is malfunctioning, my CPU stopped working on after 2 weeks. I complained customer service but they were not ready to repair. They were simply avoiding. Don’t go for this product better to purchase a brand new
