MAKE SURE YOU ENABLE PBO2 IN BIOS. Also Undervolting can be really useful. I got mine to 4.850Ghz on all cores. On a b450m Mobo, with a Peerless Assassin 120mm. Running usually at 60c max of 75c under max load.
