I usually recommend getting 5600 and Overclocking it to get similar results with this processor. But at 10899 this was a no brainer. I am not looking to upgrade to AM5 soon so this was the logical choice. Great processor paired with MSI B550 gaming plus, but will support b450 and some b350 mobos too which is amazing from AMD. Stock cooler does the job but if your cabinet doesn’t have good airflow, I’d suggest getting an air cooler or AIO. Easy to install, fans are mostly silent and heating is not seen much even with long gaming session. If you can get it under 11K, just buy it.

5600X + RX 6600 can run anything you throw at it with ease.
Undervolted the 5600X by 22 units and increased max boost frequency by 200mhz. The cpu now boosts upto 4.85ghz 4 cores and 4.65ghz all cores.

Bought it a couple of months back for 22k because i didn’t know about how prices were inflated for all amd processors back then. It’s great that prices are coming down but it does make me sad.
Processor is pretty good but a tad bit expensive (still) to comparable i5 12th gen and amd boards with ddr4 are generally expensive when compared to Intel compatible boards. You can save from 5000 to 10000 depending on the combo. Go for i5 12 gen, don’t be dumb like me.

I received defective product which is already used and damaged. I tried contacting customer service but they are not responding. I have made complaint on 27 oct, it’s been 2 weeks no update from them. Don’t buy this product. I need refund for this useless purchase.

Me llego en buenas condiciones bien protegido y en paquetado lo único que no me gustó es su ventilador qué trae de fábrica junto con su disipador de calor bo dan la talla.
Dejando eso de lado es un buen procesador un 1 año usándolo y sin problemas

Snagged this cpu for like 130 or 140 CAD..Can’t quite remember but I’m beyond happy with the performance for the low price. Great upgrade for anyone with AM4 socket motherboard who doesn’t want to move onto the next gen yet. This CPU will definitely still be capable for several more years as it’s speed is great and AMD is still supporting AM4 chipsets for the foreseeable future.
