Got this product with other two product in the package which I ordered which was a RAM and a CPU fan. In which the RAM was missing and CPU fan was totally broken. The Motherboard seems ok but when I assembled and tried it found one of the RAM slot isn’t working. When I reached out to the customer support they totally denied for refund or replacement stating the Motherboard was well checked by the Backend team and was totally tested before delivering the product. I then tried checking the motherboard on the official Geonix website and found that the warranty is just about to end in December 2024 which is just 3 months. How am I suppose to claim warranty and why is Amazon stating I got warranty of 2 years from the date of Purchase and box stating 3 years of warranty they total description is pretty misleading and full of wrong information.

While ordering this mother board I had gone through reviews. Very less positive review so then I was thinking about to order or not. Also check with local market. In local market this mother boards were widely used. Then immediately I had ordered the item and at home I had assembled.Since I was using DDR 3 ram motherboard. Old motherboard was malfunctionning so simply used this mother board and Intel processor. Since other parts were working even ram was used old one. Now it is simply Daud Raha hai. Nice one at this bugget.

The motherboard looked fine, but one RAM slot isn’t working. Customer support denied a refund or replacement, claiming it was fully tested before delivery. The warranty is confusing—Amazon says 2 years, the box says 3 years, and the actual warranty expires in just 3 months. Misleading and disappointing experience.
Important Note To Amazon: Please blacklist this motherboard because they are misguiding the product Specification and also this product is a Scam So I request you to please blacklist the product.
