I purchased this board as recommended by a few youtube gaming PC builders. It’s a good motherboard and I don’t regret the choice. The listing indicates its a new motherboard being sold, but according to the person who built my computer, the motherboard already had the wifi chip installed and some pins that were part of the assembly were all bent out of shape and he told me that it is likely that this board had been used or damaged prior to my receiving it. The box was not damaged, nor was the packaging. I elected to get a separate wifi card and keep the board. MSI customer service was helpful, but I could not get a partial refund from them or Amazon. Only a full refund was available and I didn’t want to wait for a replacement. So, in summary, good board that works great with my other components, but bad experience and not brand new as I expected it to be.
