The motherboard is more than grait but when the delivery was made i discovered what i was afraid of. When i received the product it had signs of opening,(the original box was not put on another cartboard box like they usually use ) after a closer look, after opening the box, i found marks of finger prints all over the motherboard (see pictures), the protective film from the IO shield was inside the box, not it was suposed to be, a mark of bending of the cooler sink on the top of the motherboard

Das MSI Z490 Ace Mainboard hat nahe der CPU starkes Spulenfiepen. Deshalb werde ich meinen Pc umstellen müssen, denn zurzeit steht er noch genau neben mir auf einem kleinem Schränkchen und das Geräusch nervt extrem.

I upgraded my motherboard earlier this year and after 7 months use I thought it was time to give it a brief review…….. It is superb and a massive upgrade over my previous (inferior) MB. I opted for the MSI Meg Ace after watching/reading many reviews and I have to say this doesn’t disappoint. My rig is so much smoother, faster and it just performs so much better and it even looks the part what with the inclusive RGB lighting.
It has three m.2 slots which is great – I’m only using one slot currently but it offers future protection so as to not have to buy another MB due to a lack of slots.
And to top it off it comes with a 3 year warranty (I believe).

La placa base MSI Z490 Ace cuenta con unas impresionantes caracterÃsticas tope de gama, perfectas para el overclocking. Robusta y bien construida, con espacio suficiente y conectores ubicados en zonas fácilmente accesibles. Cuenta con Mystic light en dos zonas de la placa que le dan un toque adicional de color, sutil: una sobre los conectores traseros y la otra a la altura de la M.2 superior, que quedará prácticamente tapada con una tarjeta gráfica larga (320mm). La placa cuenta con todas las prestaciones que se puedan pedir (y más!) para montar un potente PC Gaming y explotar todo el potencial del overclocking de sus componentes (CPU, GPU, RAM). Se puede configurar el indicador EZ mode para que nos informe de la temperatura de la CPU constantemente.

Bios intuitivo, bisogna però aggiornarlo sin da subito e scaricare la nuova versione. Aggiornare anche driver cipset in quanto quelli forniti nel CD risultano essere meno recenti. Diciamo che per essere un nuovo prodotto, solo di recente in commercio, ci si aspetti che il software sia gia aggiornato. 3 slot m2 con dissipatore la rendono interessante, porte USB 3.0 più che a sufficienza, nessun errore riscontrato in avvio, manuale di installazione ben illustrato. L’applicazione dragon center, permette di overckloccare con semplicità , gestire il look light RGB led della motherboard ed il setting delle memorie ram. Una pecca è che non è fornita di una porta HDMI o DP, quindi qualsiasi CPU intel, con funzione grafica integrata, risulta superflua. Indubbiamente studiata per Gaming ed OC stabili. Possibilità di impostare ogni singola fun x numero di giri ed in base alla temperatura. Ottimo prodotto. Un po’ caro.
