It’s a scam saying it’s 5000 ready i thought the bios was ready to install it with a 5000 series processor now im stuck here to update bios.

Althogh it supports the correct soccet [am4] and correct pin set for the Ryzen cpu’s, the motherboards drivers may need updating to actualy support the cpu. so as i understand you need a spare older cpu thats also compatable so you can actualy get into the bios to update the drivers for the ‘mobo’. as the mobo dosnt have q-flash / bios/flash install, where you can load the drivers via usb drive and without any cpu you can update the drivers, so it turned out cheaper to refund this board and upgrade, which is dissapointing as i felt happy with my inital decision and after more study i found i may run into a big problem, its a real shame that there is misadervtising like thit. so hopfuly my refund shall come through soon. I wouldnt reccomend ths board for this reason.

The motherboard was defective. Upon delivery, I was asked for OTP and I obliged since the packaging was undamaged and upon inspection, the motherboard seemed fine.
However upon assembly, the RAM slots would not detect the RAM and the system would not boot. The system was assembled by an expert.
Amazon did not help in the slightest. Their customer care executives led me on a wild goose
chase and never got back to me despite assuring me that their investigation team would look into it.
Now I’m stuck with a defective motherboard and a huge amount lost.

残念ながら不良品を引いてしまったようです。メモリスロットのa2、b1、b2が認識せず…メモリもa2に差して1枚故障してしまいました。かろうじて起動できたけどこんなの初めてで、気付くのが遅くなり返品期限を過ぎてしまいました…。一つ勉強になりました。皆様は不良かなと思ったらすぐにサポートに連絡する事をオススメします。

届いたそのままのBIOS(UEFI)verでCPUも認識されました。B550でDVI有り、価格の安い物でと
見ていったらこのマザーに行き着きました。

1. Box seal was opened, may be cause of bios update for ryzen 5000 cpu support(seller should mention this).

組み立ては，ボード一のねじ穴など良好で，さすがASUS製と納得．動作安定性は良好．このマザーボードは，癖がなく，素直に作れる印象．日本語解説書も必要最小限ながらわかりやすい．UEFI上でAMD仕様関係の設定（VTなど）だけがちょっとわかりにくかった．Web検索すれば問題ないが．

The motherboard is clearly a budget one in other countries, but in India it is sold as a mid range one. The IO shield is of a very cheap quality and that makes it extremely hard to install it! Moreover, without an onboard power button or a hex error display, this board is extremely hard to debug!
I came from a Maximus IV and I now understand what you get for paying the premium. Would get a better board if I had a second chance.

Asus really delivers it. However, i was unlucky, got a faulty piece and had to get it replaced. With the earlier board, i ran the bench marks with 105 digress of hotness on the board and CPU. Careful with the seller. They may ship a faulty piece. I think Amazon should give us an option to rate the seller.
