Put together my new PC with this motherboard and powered it up, only the lights would turn on, but it wouldn’t even start the BIOS boot. I looked it up, seems like a lot of people were having my exact problem with this motherboard.
Turns out, there’s more than just the standard 12-pin power connection on this board. Reading the manual is a good thing people! There’s also 8-pin and 4-pin connections at the top of the board. Took it apart, plugged them in, and the thing works like a dream.
Just posting this since it seems other people have done the same and thought they had a dead board. A few apparently even returned it.

More expensive than the competitors so you pay an “Asus” tax for it , but it’s a really good motherboard with excellent thermals! When you will update the bios , be sure to get the right bios , specific to the model of the board , because there’s a lot of variants! You could save some time !😉

Board is good, booted up after installing and no need for bios update to work. Though for my 5800x3d, I needed to update to latest bios for it to boost properly. Before bios update max clock speed was 3600 after updating it is now boosting to 4450. Lan wasn’t working properly at first so I had to install the drivers from the website and everything is working fine. Never tested wifi as I am connected using lan but bluetooth is working perfectly fine.
