In product description and on official XPG website saying it’s support 3200/ 3600 MHz clock speed. When I try to used my old 8 gb 3200 MHz XPG ram it’s get conflict and PC stop working. This RAM is only working on default as 2666 MHz as shown in image and Amazon call center guys just brushing their hand as it’s non-returable.
After few days I again try same Motherboard setting of XPS and it’s working. It’s start working with 3200 mHZ with old RAM. As a hardware it’s should start working on day one. Don’t know what happened but sure I am not making any mistakes. But Amazon call center guys behaviour was rude, he just wanted to closed the call, without giving any technical help
or suggesting any number or documentation.
