I am not a gamers, neither do I stream. I bought Stream Deck to use as a Productivity Tool. It’s an amazing concept but it’s expensive.

I feel I have received a used product inspite of requesting Amazon to instruct the seller to ship a brand new piece with proper packing. The inner box of the Stream Deck was torn as if someone was not careful in opening it. So, the credibility of the seller is questionable.
