Doesn’t support 1080p 60fps for Android Non MHL supported phones. But IOs and mhl supported or hdmi alt mode supported Android devices can work for 1080p 60fps gaming. Need more Android devices with usb 3.1 or hdmi alt mode or mhl support as is in the case of IOs devices.

Nice product but it is not from DIGITNOW

I bought it to use primarily with my MacBook. It doesn’t seem to be detected by the OBS. Whereas works perfectly on a Windows laptop. Do not go with this if you are planning to use it on a M1 MacBook.
Another huge con for me is that it has to be plugged in to a power source while using. It won’t output anything on the HDMI OUT without power. Its a bummer because you’ll have to keep it plugged if you want to integrate it in your setup. You can’t turn it off when not in use, either you will have to unplug it entirely or keep plugged in to DC. Thats super annoying. Sadly I fell for it since none of graphics in Amazon listing said that it has to be powered in order to work. They completely hide this fact.
