This is very nice video capture usb device. With CD of software. Very nice DVR software. I had captured a Marriage CD running in CD player and recorded in computer. Quality is Awsome. My purpose is solved. It is working in my Android mobile also with FP viewer. We can attach any camera with video output. It can work for watching through CCTV camera. Can record also.

The product is working with VLC, U cam, etc. But there have a time lag between orginal visual and displaying visual. The time lag is increasing at time to time when we are using it. I was tried this to used as endoscopic camera output to laptop. But it wrost for this feature. Otherwise it works with settopbox and other devices

Easy to start using. When you install PC software it would ask for product key and the product key is actually printed on the accompanying CD which is bit hard for non-tech savvy users to figure out. But when I installed it successfully and started to use it, it posed another surprise – the limited recording time of 48 hours. I am bit surprised at such a limit. Need to see what happens if the 48 hours of recording (my purpose is to transfer MiniDV content from camcorder to PC). But as for the product, it works flawlessly. The typical video transfer services from studios charge you Rs.800 per MiniDV Cassette and will cost you a bomb if you have several cassettes to convert. This device at its price can do the same job at a fraction of the expense! Happy transferring.

We used multiple systems over years to transfer DV tapes videos from camcorder to Laptop but using AlexVyan USB 2.0 was easy. We did not use provided software but used OBS studio. Transfer process was very easy.
While AV transfer was very easy and of good quality, transfer of video with S-Video wire did not work.
