This Cmedia pcie sound card i tested in Win 7 if you install Steinberg Nuendo v 2 you can listen surround
except Centre (voice over or vocals) you have to pan C in any other channels in Win 7 there is a surround mixer it will show all the channel volumes, EQ, BASS, and more options
BY default the sound will be thin if you use BASS MODE the total quality will be natural get more depth.
Almost in Win 7 everything good
Install Win 7 drivers only for Cmedia 8738
dont install default setup drivers for Win 7
For Win 10 the supplied cd drivers dont support download Cmedia drivers for Win 8 and Win 10 install any one you can listen 2 channel music all the 6 channels can listen separately. No chance to listien 5.1 multi monos (SINGLE TRAC)

Product is working properly, but the problem is there is no link attached to download the driver from online. Because I have no dvd reader in my pc. I faced many difficulties to download it. BTW product is nice.

Perfect for those who are looking for a budget PCI sound card. I was caught in two minds when selecting this card as it offered 3D stereo sound for just over 1000! I was able to notice the difference between the sounds that came out of the onboard HD sound card and this one. Nice choice made.
