It’s not working. When i trying to install driver, its showing as hardware is not found. Resolve the issue. Or else need to send back

If you have a windows XP, 7 or 8. This may work with you but for today standard this is a scam, because there is no support for this product now, not good for windows 10 and bad quality sound or broken product
