Ich habe die Solid State Disk Kingston A400 mit 2 TB Speicherkapazität am 22. August 2020 für 174,90 EUR bestellt und bin mit ihr voll zufrieden.
Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt war, dass ich kein SATA-Kabel mehr für sie übrig hatte und deshalb zwei weitere Tage auf die Nachlieferung warten musste. Ein kurzer Reminder der Foirm „ans SATA-Kabel gedacht?“ von Amazon bei der Bestellung wäre hier genial gewesen.
Die SSD fungiert in meinem Gaming PC als Stauraum für Audiosoftware. Die bei der Musikproduktion anfallenden Dateien sind mit vielen GB sehr umfangreich und verlangen gleichzeitig nach einem schnelleren Speichermedium als Festplatten. Umgekehrt ist der Performance-Bedarf aber auch nicht so gigantisch, dass es sich lohnen würde, in die 7 mal so schnellen dafür aber auch 2 mal so teuren Samsung-SSDs zu investieren. Die Kingston-SSD damit für mich ein optimaler Kompromiss.

El artículo vino en perfecto estado de embalaje y protegido la instalación fue genial pues debido a mi portátil pes fue fácil de hacer el disco es bueno y del que estoy haciendo referencia esta muy pero que muy bien tanto en capacidad que es el que compre la marca pues ya aviendo utilizado otro disco de la misma marca y me fue perfecto durante toda la vida útil que me duro el propio portátil yo recomiendo tanto el disco de su capacidad como la marca 100×100. I wanted to change my HDD with new one, as my old HDD (WD Black) was gradually failing, searched lot of sites & products, wanted to get another HDD, but saw the reviews were horrible (about failure of products within few months), so decided to buy SSD (first time, as I trust HDD over SSD because SSD have limited read/write cycles); among them Kingston SSDNow A400 480GB was beating the Price in SSD 500GB segment with descent TBW. Same was available on other sites for ~5.7k but love the Amazon delivery so ordered it from Amazon for ~6.1K (So 4 Stars!). Delivery was super fast. When received the product it was in sealed Tetra Pack (Genuine Product), Assembled in Taiwan (Great Relief! You Know What I mean…).
Pros: Very Light Weight (feels like a biscuit, wanted to bite!) than my HDD (WD Black). Thin than my HDD (WD Black). Easy to install in my laptop. Can be partitioned in GPT format (for UEFI BIOS). Faster Booting of Windows compare to my HDD (WD Black), total boot time on HDD was ~3Min now its ~40 Seconds. Faster Opening of Applications. For regular operation gets descent copying speed from 2MB-90MB/Sec. SOLVED FREQUENT HANGING PROBLEM PROBLEM OF MY LAPPY (ThinkPad E460).
Cons: Poor speed while installing windows 10 Pro (1809) compare to my HDD (WD Black), took ~28 minutes (6th Gen i7 2.6Ghz / 16GB RAM), on HDD it was ~15 minutes. Poor copying speed from SSD to USB, ~2-3MB/Sec., On my HDD (WD Black) it was ~2-5MB/Sec. Poor copying speed from Phone to SSD, takes longer time to copy content of phone (S9 128GB) to SSD compare to my HDD (WD Black). THE POOR COPYING SPEED MAY BE BECAUSE OF PARTITIONING OF SSD (Mentioned in most of the forums) OR BECAUSE IT HAVE DUAL CHANNEL CONTROLLER.
But when I compare the price paid for the product, I don’t regret the buy.
