Received different model number (with out 8 MB Cache) which is 750 Rupees lesser than what I have ordered. Please check the model number against your order while receiving the part. Surprised how it’s possible when all are tracked on the system until some mischief is happening to cheat poor customer who doesn’t check all the details

Worst hard disk, seller is cheating. Dispatched faulty HDD. Stopped working within a month. Dont buy. Also nit reflecting in Toshiba warranty site.

My laptop came with Toshiba Hard disk, it failed within 1st yr itself, now it was replaced by the Authorize laptop service center, again 2nd time HDD had some issues now again Toshiba Hard disk was replaced by Authorize service center as laptop was in warranty for 2yr, HDD worked for 1-1.5yrs hardly it was 3rd disk now laptop is out of warranty so can’t complaint about it,
If OS is on this HDD then your system will lag and hang.
it is not worth for buying Toshiba Hard disk as had worst experience with that disk
It failed almost within year, I was lucky that laptop had warranty period so got HDD change with no cost but 3rd time no option but to buy new one.
So check other available HDD before considering TOSHIBA HDD

It works pretty good! The only downside is that it is pretty noisy. But hey, it does work well. No issues so far! I have had it for a good few months already.
