It is being sold as new and with warranty but it has actually been used for 3000+ days by previous owner. Hence the HDD plates develop bad sectors within a week. My device can’t be formatted anymore. Disk scanning tools report thousands of Input Output errors even after using dd to zero the entire disk. This means the actual plates are bad! This is fraud.
The warranty is pointless because firstly it is difficult to get since the service centers are remotely located and third party. Even if you get replacement, it would be similar second hand HDD, used for thousands of days, basically decades, and hence it will go faulty soon as well.
Please just avoid this company considering this malpractice.

I received a non working HDD, I was thinking this is because of mishandling while delivery,
I visited 30KM for replacing the hard disk(wasted 1 working day and traveling cost), The replacement i received was looking like a refurbished hard disk when i connected the hard disk in my computer, the hardisk was making knoking sound, i don’t know for how much time this new hard disk will work.
You can buy this hard disk, if you have extra money, and a lot of free time to visit there service center.

I have made all the permutation and combinations in bios as well. But the hard disk is not detecting. Also check with computer engineer and said it’s is defective peice. Now I am stuck with it.
