it came with a low profile bracket as well. It has you install the drivers through device manager; windows installed the drivers, then windows installed the 2 serial ports separately, on the second run through device manager, after it installed the main driver. when i rebooted; it had already installed the driver for the Logitech serial mouse i connected, after powering the computer down.
