I have a old rig, with CPU core 2 duo E7400 and I do little work on photoshop, illustrator, and premier. Recently my OEM graphics card stopped working after 10 years and it lead me to this card as I was looking for something with very light gaming and moderate multimedia work. MSI after burner also allows to increase gpu and memory clockspeed significantly while keeping temperature in check. I registered my product on MSI website and it was genuine.It doesn’t have DVD or CD as it’s instructions state to download the driver from the website.You can play very fifa 14 or games upto 8 GB as my processor core 2 duo was bottlenecking . Newer CPU can play some heavy games too but frame rates will not be that good.For the budget build it seems a good option

It is working fine when I changed my operating system from windows 10 32 bit version to 64 bit version. In 32 bit version, it is not being detected by the system. GeForce experience software also not installing. After the installation of GeForce experience in windows 64 bit, we have to install the graphics card drivers through that software only. Then only we will get the suitable drivers for the graphics card. Now I am able use this graphics card for video recording through OBS software which is my main purpose. My motherboard is G31. RAM 4GB, Processor Intell core 2 Duo. Now my system is working so fast. OBS is detecting this graphics card automatically. Now I am so happy that no need to buy a high end system. While recording the video there is no glittering, it’s so fine. Now I am able to use my graphics tablet to write on the screen for online classes as well as for vedio recording.

The graphics card is an all rounder. Why you should even spend another penny if you can get such performance out of this one. People have misconception that more costly is better. No. It depends on your hardware. You need 8 gb ram and a proper processor to make this a beast. I run i3 with 8 gb corsair ram. And my pc has just sprouted wings! This is the best graphics card. Buy it blindly.

When I received the product, the serial no. on the product did not match with the one on receipt. This meant I would have issues claiming warranty should the need arise. I complained to amazon customer service and they replaced the product. I advise any potential purchaser to make sure to match the serial numbers when they get the product as it gets mismatched sometimes. Happy with overall service of Amazon.
Good product, works as described. The card came with a pair of half sized brackets and fit my SFF case perfectly.

i received my gpu and was amazed to see that it even bossted my gta 5 fps from 25 to 30. earlier it was unplayable but now its on fire. although i didn’t got the driver cd with it so i download from net and installed it. overall this card is epic for low budget gamers. but i insist to add atleast two additional cooling fans in ur cabinet as this card only works on heatsink. Moreover dont confused between other sub units of nvidia like – zotac, gigabyte or asus cuz they are not good as msi in heat radiation level and price and ability to work under load.. go for it blindly.

En remplacement d’une GT640 dont le ventilateur commençait à s’entendre, cette carte passive et compacte (1 seul slot, faible hauteur) est parfaite (et le prix est très raisonnable). J’ai une grande tour mais il y a deux braquets arrière livrés avec pour les PC demi-hauteur.
Il a fallu quelques secondes au boot Windows 10 pour retrouver ma résolution et mes réglages (2 écrans FHD, DVI + HDMI branchés sur la carte). Rien à ré-installer (j’avais déjà le driver et utilitaire nVidia).
Je n’ai pas de jeu ni d’applications gourmandes en GPU, donc je ne peux pas juger de la puissance.
Pas testé sous Linux, mais je ne pense pas que ça pose pb.
Dans mon usage, le radiateur est chaud sans excès. Parfait.
