I am going to talk about 4 things here. Direct to the point,
Size / PSU ->
You need 8 Pin (not 6) PSU PCI-E connector from your SMPS. This is a 90w GPU with 300W PSU requirement. Do not even consider using IDE or SATA to GPU 8pin converter. Make sure to have or buy a SMPS or PSU with dedicated 8 Pin GPU / PCI-E power connector.
Secondly, the card is big & heavy, that is a good thing because the heatsink & fans are effective. Check the size with your present cabinet before purchase, as otherwise, you need a new cabinet also.
Gaming ->
This is the starting range of Nvidia GPU family. Very soon stock will run out & next starting range will be at 2050. Anything below doesn’t make sense for actual 1080p performance gaming. All games will run. Low for ultra high end newest title and medium to ultra high for any older title.
Video / Render ->
This is Rev 3.0, you get dedicated video encoding hardware support and full support from Adobe or other video / 3d render apps. Paired with a right CPU / NVMe, workflow or renders are butter smooth. Specially for shorter projects. No, you movie editing time line or such highest end work flow, obviously you need RTX 4090. But social media content creators, wedding editors will be super satisfied.
Heat / Noise ->
Indian summer / ambient temps 35c / non AC room / Stock AMD cooler CPU under a closed Cabinet (DeepCool 30SI) with single exhaust FAN. Heavy gaming or synthetic bench will push the card max 75c. When running AC, card never crosses 70c.
Overclocking ->
I didn’t try so I don’t have any feedback on this. Sorry.
Verdict ->
Apart from 1050, this is actually the only entry level nvidia card in the market. any modern iGPU from AMD or Intel will crush 730 or 1030 so between 1050 vs 1650, I chose this one, and specially this Gigabyte model due to this super heat management for Indian summers.
Overall, I am satisfied with purchase.

Using this and ryzen 5 3600 is using this as a temporary upgrade from laptop and placeholder for 3000 series ***WARNING*** this is NOT a 1650 SUPER FROM GIGABYTE I searched 1650 super and amazon promoted this and I thought it was the super variant since they look identical. The price is literally same for the super so just get the super please it has 30% more cuda cores and 2gb of more vram which will make a difference so buy something better for the same price please. Great card tho

Worked as well as a gtx 1050 ti and lasted about a month of gaming and died. Overpriced for the quality of materials.

Extremely pleased. I bought it for a upgrade from the “built in” graphics card and I was getting 15-20 fps on minimum quality. Slapped it in, hooked up everything and downloaded the stuff online and now getting 150-180 fps on high. A huge improvement.

I purchased it mainly for gaming and its working good.
My processor is i5-3470S and its giving me like 160-200fps in valorant, 60-100 fps GTA V VeryHigh settings and overall nice performance.
I will upgrade my processor to i7-3770 in the future then I am sure getting more performance out of it.
Cooling system is also good, I never saw above 60 degrees temperature with intense gaming.
Totally Recommended buying this GPU.

Don’t panic if the twin fan stop when windows is launched or for low performance games. It’s a feature.
