Performing well I used it to replace my old stock vrm pad in MSI 970 motherboard now it doing its job awesome and quit

I used to replace some damaged pads on my GPU, worked perfectly and easy to work with too. Some tips – throw in the fridge for 30 mins prior to applying, this will make it more durable and more “solid” as long as you work fast. When cutting to size, do not remove the protective plastic. When applying to a component, remove one side of plastic, and put that face down first, apply a small amount of pressure to help the pad adhere, then use your finger nails or a tweezer to remove the top layer of plastic.
I believe following these instructions will avoid any of the pitfalls that the negative reviewers have fallen into.

Replaced the thermal pads on an Asus Strix 1080 Ti, VRM temperature sensor got to 92°C under load before and now tops out at 76°C. Definitely a good improvement! Highly recommended.
