Cant control fan on/off and speed ia alexa. The wirpo app does show these functions but alexa does not recognize. Quite a waste of money on this product. Wipro – expected better from you.

It was relatively easy to install with the documentation that came along with the product. The only glitch was I had to enable permissions for Bluetooth to detect nearby devices in the Wipro App. The app pointed this out, so it was easy to fix. As other reviewers have mentioned, Alexa does not have the feature to set the fan speed but Google Home allows this.

Fan speed can be regulated only if the regulator is replaced with the orginal one. And if Alexa is not able to control then it’s alexas problem not the product. Because I use Google home and it works fine.

It’s very easy to instal and easy to configure in Google home. 3 switches and Fan can be operated separately in wipro app and Google home. I don’t know why people are giving negative ratings. I am not sure about Alexa but Google home is working flawlessly. We can control fan speed in 4 modes.

I have been trying to connect to WiFi for sometime but it’s not connected to WiFi, although my other smart switch is already connected to 2.4Ghz WiFi. Either its giving failed to connect or it’s giving wrong password

The product quality is good but the installation video is totally misleading. It shows that you remove your existing regulator and install the one provided. The reality is they just provide you with a pcb (circuit) and the manual asks you to remove your existing regulator, remove parts from inside it essentially destroying it, then place the pcb provided inside your existing regulator case and then install it back. It may not be even possible for non-techie users to fit it. Worst part is, all these steps are not at all doable in a modular switch board. Unless you are willing to utterly destroy your existing regulator.
