My processor fan was slowing down, so I bought this gamma archer. It was not easy to install, you have to get the motherboard out, After that also it’s not that easy, I removed the fan from sink then install the sink first then screw the fan on it. Very low noise level. This has 3 pin connector so only one speed. This fan is also very big in diameter so you have to adjust the motherboard according to it. Now the processor temperature are in control. This is good option for i3 and less than that. I got it for 543.

this cpu cooler its for i3-2nd gen i think because i have i7-4770s and when iam playing pubg pc temp goes 88c max ok and running prime 95 test for just 6min temp goes to 92c so dont work for me.

I recently changed my motherboard due to issues it had (its been over 9 yrs old) and while i was using this MB, I had bought this cooling fan because the previous cooling fan started to have some faults. The previous MB was for AMD phenom II and though the previous fan was noisy, it did have problems of overheating which i lived with it. But once it gave up, I had bought this cooler. And it blew my expectations! It was silent, kept the processor cooler than before, and the system performed well. Post changing the MB, I was under assumption that this would not fit into the Intel MB. I was wrong. The box also has the stand/bracket for Intel MB 775 and 115X series. I just had to fit this piece over on the MB, then fix the cooler on the stand/bracket. It did its job keeping the processor cool. Its been about a year since I have been using this and no performance/heating issues noticed.
It may be a bit bulky, but it definitely does a good job of keeping the processor cool. For a budget friendly cooler with no blings, this fits the budget and MB. If you are looking for heavy duty cooler for top end gaming, you may like to stick to higher end coolers for better performance. But with the MB and the facilities I have on it, this cooler does a good job even when playing decent games without GPU.

Best cpu cooler for budget pc builders…first of all my spec are Zeb g41 d3 mono 4 +4 =8 gb ddr3 ram Intel q9650 processor 120 gb ssd 500 gb had Nvdia 1050ti graphics card
This cpu cooler easily controls the heat of q9650 processor a beastly processor indeed of its Era… I have run pubg gtav and room temp remains under 55 to 60 at max speed utilizing all the cores ..normal remains under 39..can go for it..

low noise and keep cpu amazely cool. Easy to install on AMD but remove fan is a must. Need to put computer flat and put the clip closes to you first and then you can easly see other clip to install. 10 min. in all Plug has 3 pin so no speed control, same speed all the time.

Fan is good. Noise levels are very good. Installation is a little bit tedious. The steel frame for fixing the fan gets stuck in the fins of the fan and thus makes it difficult to install. I had to take out the fan from the assemble and then I installed it in the socket. Then i again fixed the fan. After all that temperatures are in range of 40-78.
