Currently running this on my build to cool my Ryzen 7 5800x3d and it runs like a dream. Idles anywhere from 35-38 degrees Celsius. And maxes out anywhere from 75-80degrees Celsius under heavy cpu gaming load. Also am currently running dominator platinum rgb ram and having no clearance issues what so ever so spring for that slick rgb ram if you so desire.

Packaging was nice and delivery was as scheduled. Installation of cooler was very easy, even I did not detach the MB from cabinet. I was unsure whether it will obstruct RAM in Micro ATX profile board B660M Atx but the cooler has decent height as it came above the RAM up to 2nd slot, thus RAM up to 2nd slot will be under the CPU Fan. About cooling performance, with intel stock cooler the normal temp stood 40 degree and while stress testing Viz. Cine bench, the CUP 12700 was crossing 100 degree Centergate and CUP Fan created audible noise but after installation of this Cooler, the standby CPU temp became 26 degree and while stress testing Viz. Cine bench, the CUP temp stood 85 degree Centergate even after 10 minutes. So, the cooler performance is very satisfactory. But I will not comment about the durability as the time has not come yet but the built quality seems to be very decent. I recommend the cooler to them who is working with very high CPU intensive work.

I am reviewing this since I am satisfied with Deepcool AK620 CPU air cooler. I recently upgraded my system to a Intel i7 12700F CPU from i5 9400F and also RTX 3060 graphic card from GTX 1050ti though I am a occasional gamer bought at my home town Computer gaming store. I also have simple VA panel full HD 1080p monitor. They installed with the default Intel stock cooler provided. At idle CPU temps reaches around 45 degrees and even some times 50 degrees.
As I told I am occasional gamer and love to play games at my extra free time to reduce brain stress and for recreation. While playing the CPU intensive games like GTA5, Farcry, cyberpunk etc… pushing a load of 55 to 70 watts, the CPU reaches a ridiculous throttling temperatures of 90 to 95 degrees and even hitting 100 degrees. I am really worried about it, don’t know what is going on and complained to the computer store from where I bought. They told your cabinet is the issue since you are using non-gaming old cabinet and suggested me to change it. I am really not satisfied with them as their main motto is only to sell products and get more money as they have to increase their turn over profits.
Then I searched seriously for the best CPU air coolers on the market. Then I came to know about Deepcool AK620 CPU aircooler after seeing their reviews. Deepcool cpu air coolers also provides the variety in colours like ZERO dark and full white providing the customers the choice they like. I choosed ZERO dark since my cabinet is black, if your cabinet is white you can go with white (or) no colour one. But from my opinion go with any colour which is available(look for the code which is important, example I bought AK620 which is one of the codes for deepcool cpu aircoolers which provides heat dissipation of upto 260 watts and also other codes like AG620 providing similiar heat dissipation as they mentioned but lacking top covers for their heat sinks) which our main motto will be to solve our purpose & problem. Then I installed at my old cabinet seeing you tube guide as I showned at my photo.
At idle the temp goes around 30 to 35 degrees. Now coming to the main climax, at load (while playing CPU intensive games) pushing CPU to 70 to 75 watts loads, temps barely hitting 65 to 73 degrees comparing to the throttling temps of 95 to 100 degrees of a Intel stock cooler. But though I didn’t try seeing temps at giving a CPU load of 100 watts and above, it may be possible if I upgrade to rtx 3080 or 3090 or best AMD graphic cards on the market for 4K gaming.
But any way I am satisfied with my current situation and at my overall experience, the Intel CPU stock cooler is of no use when you want to give some more work to your CPU. Then I also found out that my old cabinet is not the issue, the main problem is the CPU cooler, but any way I want to change my cabinet also in future. Last but not the least, thank you to Amazon for delivering the package with safely and neatly and within two days, also to the seller who provided such a quality product and finally to the Deepcool AK620 which solved my problem! Thank GOD

I originally had issues with the stock cpu cooler than came with the Intel i7 12700F. After replacing it with the Deepcool AK620 I was literally amazed at the cooling performance.
The temperatures used to touch 90 -95 degress with the stock cooler when I ran an unreal engine project or played Marvel Spider Man.
Now, it doesn’t even cross 55 degrees with the new cooler! 😄
I personally wanted an all-black colour cooler within 160mm height, a top plate and a slim profile so that it would not interfere with the first ram slot. Considering everything, AK400 Zero Dark was the perfect choice for me. It looks absolutely awesome. Installation was easy (one less step compared to others since thermal paste is already pre-applied). As you can see from the pics, after installation there is hardly 2-3mm gap from the 1st ram. Performance is very good aswell.
Here is what i have observed with Battlefield 2042 (a notoriously cpu intensive game) — Processor – 11400f PL1 limit set to 110watts (via bios) Cabinet – Thermaltake Core G21 Case Fans – 3intake @ 60% speed (Antec Spark) , 2exhaust @ 70% speed (Cryorig QF120 & Arctic Bionix F140) Cooler fan – 60% speed With these settings, Processor consistently maintains boost speed at 4.2ghz (all cores) consuming around 105watts Processor temp hovers around 65-66°c
Temps can be improved by further increasing fan speed but i find the above settings to be a good balance amongst temps, performance & noise

Tengo un i5 12400f, con el disipador stock de intel en prueba de estrés de cpu-z a los 3 minutos llegaba a 82 grados. Ahora con este ak 400 deepcool puedo dejarlo más de 5 minutos y nunca llega a 60 grados.
Lo tengo con 5 ventiladores Artic p12 (3 metiendo aire y 2 sacando)

I personally wanted an all-black colour cooler within 160mm height, a top plate and a slim profile so that it would not interfere with the first ram slot.
Considering everything, AK400 Zero Dark was the perfect choice for me.
It looks absolutely awesome.
Installation was easy (one less step compared to others since thermal paste is already pre-applied).
As you can see from the pics, after installation there is hardly 2-3mm gap from the 1st ram.
Performance is very good aswell.
