I didn’t want to remove the motherboard to replace the fan. So I only connected to the wires of the previous fan. Works as it should.

Disappointed. Ordered a 4010, 7 fin fan but got a 4010 9 fin fan. Still did all the assembly, now ender 3 printing filament not sticking to the bed, probably bcz the fan is giving different temperatures
