 Got these 3 Deepcool brand fans under 1500/-
Received pack including hub for 4 fans and 12 fan mounting screws.
Run the fans on table and found very low noise under normal loads. At Max speed settings, u can hear noise but you can live with that as it’s sound created by air.
RGB’s are fixed. No vibrations observed so far which is a good sign.

Would have appreciated screws for mounting to their AIO line-up for push/pull configurations. Daisy chaining is nice, but may require additional planning to utilize.

I have been using this fan for a long time now.
good looking ARGB fan, fan hub, and argb hub comes inside the box with a connector cable to MB or power. I have 6 fans installed on my PC
Pros:
– both hubs are inside the box (5port argb and 4 port fan hub)
– RGB is bright and evenly distributed.
– not too noisy in average use, will be distracting at high load.
– fully controlled fan speed and RGB
Cons:
– you cannot control the ring and fan LED with MB control like Razer Chroma or MSI mystic light.
that is only possible with provided connection cable with a button in it.

For 50 dollars, these fans are clearly one of the better options. If for some reason, you feel your build doesn’t have enough RGB, one box of 3 fans give quite a different look to your case. The fans are super silent as well and provide a good air flow to your PC.

Fans are really fast and decent looking. Build quality is also decent for the price. It felt like a great deal unit the fans start running at full speed.
At full speed the fan itself isn’t that nosiy but the resonance it creates or hmmming is soo loud that sometimes it can be heard from the adjacent room. U might withstand it first or the fifth time but after a while it becomes unbearable.
Fans are nice, if u can tolerate the noise.
Also the cord length is also very short.
Edit- So the solution for avoiding the fan resonance seems to be running fan at or above 70% speed or below 50% speed .
