Fan stopped working within first month of purchase.
Numbers given on the box, doesn’t work. You can keep sending emails but it won’t get fixed no matter how hard you try.

I bought this case to build my new gaming PC. I was looking for a spacious, well-ventilated and stylish case that could fit all my components and keep them cool.
The case has a sleek black design with a metal mesh front panel and a tempered glass side panel that shows off the interior. The case has seven expansion slots and can fit up to ATX motherboards. It also has four drive bays that can accommodate 3.5″ or 2.5″ drives.
The case comes with five fans pre-installed: three 120mm ARGB fans in the front, one 120mm fan on the PSU shroud (reverse fan) and one 120mm fan in the rear. The ARGB fans have a nice lighting effect that can be controlled by a button on the front panel or by connecting them to an ARGB motherboard header. The case also has an ARGB controller that supports up to six 3-pin ARGB connectors.
The case has excellent airflow thanks to the mesh front panel, the reverse fan on the PSU shroud and the large vents on the top and bottom. The case can also support up to 360mm radiators in the front and top, and a 120mm radiator in the rear. The case has dust filters on all intake areas to keep it clean.
The case has some drawbacks, however. The cable management space behind the motherboard tray is quite limited, especially near the bottom where there are many cables from the PSU shroud fan and ARGB controller. The case also lacks USB Type-C ports on the front panel, which would have been nice for modern devices.

I was using i ball black stallion earlior,it was ok but in summer there was a major issue of heating and then i was decided to purchase a new airy cabinet . After watching hundreds of review of budget cabinet with good air flow i was decided to purchase this. And it costs me approx 7400rs , but i can tell everyone that u cant get more than this in this price segment, this is the only best thing in this price range .

To sum up, the case isn’t great but not terrible, but the service is beyond terrible, no refunds, more or less no home delivery.
The case itself is alright, some problems but nothing so horrible. Its got enough room to work comfortably with. I will say that if your power supply is premium or a little on the larger side, and you want HDD cabinets, then it will be a tight fit, but nothing terrible. The real problems come with the fans included in the case, they are three pins. This means that you’ll have to jump through some hoops in order to get them adjustable and not stuck to the highest settings. Once you’ve gotten them adjustable, you’ll realize they don’t get very quiet and you can’t turn them off and still have them plugged in, so the noise this case makes is on the louder side.
The real problem I had was with the service, the rgb fans included aren’t working properly, the light they emit keeps flickering. When i tried to refund the product I received no reply, so I have to imagine if your case is outright broken it’s tough luck.
Lastly, when shipping, this product it requires a signature, so unless your home at 1 pm on a Tuesday, and are ready to jump at the door within 10 seconds, then don’t expect home delivery. Instead expect to wait an extra few business days for your delivery service to tell you that you weren’t at the door and to come and pick it up from their store. I don’t need to explain why this really sucks.
