Product is good and more important is that I had an issue that it stopped working and I texted in the Customer care whatsapp they responded quickly and after checking the status of UPS working and charging status and battery back up they arranged the replacement product within 4 days.
Defect is of product is inevitable and especially battery related is high, the more import to relay on company is to have service support and address the issue. Thank you very much for Oakter team

The product has been great and served well for almost an year, however the battery died after an year. The oakter customer care, was prompt enough to provide a replacement unit just over a couple of issue videos. Shubham Tiwari from Oakter support has been very helpful in helping resolve our query.
