I purchased the Oakter Mini UPS for 12V WiFi Router, and it worked perfectly for the first few months. However, after some time, the backup duration reduced to around 20 minutes. Since the Mini UPS was still under warranty, I reported the issue to customer support.
The service team was very responsive and processed a replacement order quickly. I appreciate their prompt service and hassle-free replacement process. Overall, this Mini UPS is a great product for uninterrupted internet connectivity, and the customer support is excellent. Highly recommended!

The UPS worked as intended for close to 9 months. It gave good backup without any issues and then it malfunctioned.
However, I’m not giving a bad review because the support I received from them was phenomenal. Once my issue was reported, the customer care helped me assess the issue and when they realized that it is indeed not working as intended, they quickly arranged for a replacement for my product and I’m satisfied with the replacement product so far.
So, overall a good product with good customer care, despite my initial piece malfunctioning.
