Good UPS. This is my 2nd Artis and I brought this 2nd one for my other room because the 1st one works perfectly well and ive had no issues for 4+ years. Battery needs to be changed about every 2 years which i believe is normal. Pretty happy overall!

decent price. decent product. got better than 5 hours for my router last week when power went down.
has extra sockets but of course anything you plug in there will use up the battery when power goes off .. don;t think any of the sockets is a pass through.
Has an annoying beep that you can’t turn off when power is down. It is good to know when power goes off and returns but just one beep would do instead of one every few seconds.

The product works great, has a less loud beep and lasts long my power hungry pc for a while when on battery, except it fails to deliver the required power when my PC goes to sleep mode (350w). I am not sure why this is happening but it doesn’t occur with other UPS backups I have checked with. Anyway, I am returning the item but leave no negative feedback of it except for this particular issue.

Wonderful piece. Quality product with all options unlike single output units. That makes this product very versatile. That means you get more for your bucks. Am told they also have battery replacement service. That’s a must. Earlier 2 products i had is an e waste of 0 value in 1 yr. Highly recommended

It worked for 3 months, but now UPS battery seem no more working. It only work on direct power supply but as soon main power is off the UPS battery fails to supply power to router.
Update Aug 2, 2024 -: Artis Service center replaced the device for me, which is highly appreciated. Good product support.

I have around a max of 85W of MacMini and 20W of 21.5″ LED monitor. It can run around 50 to 60 mins. This is my second order. I have purchased the same UPS in Corona Time. It worked superbly. The only con is that It can be useless after a one-year with better backup. and even after 1 year and 3 months it won’t even start.

Writing this after use of more than 19th months which is over 1 and half year. Worked like a charm and at times I have been able to experience backup upto 5 hours or more. Unfortunately a recent heavy rainfall and too many power fluctuations damaged the item and made it useless. I’m yet to get it repaired though but due to busy scheduled I have ordered another one and expect to receive delivery today.
it was suggested by a friend and am happy It did not disappoint but looking at some reviews am concerned about the new product. Still 5 star.

Don’t buy this product. The battery time is very less like 5 Minutes only. After full charging.After the warranty you will end up burning your hands. Company least bothered to send the technician. Poor services or one can call it No service. A worthless product
