Its a cheap Chinese product. It seems that someone has imported few units from China and selling over Amazon.
I sent a technical query to their given customer care email; no reply. It seems that no technical team or technical/maintenance support will be available on this product.
I am now scared to connect this UPS to my home theatre system as it may damage my AVR and projector. Trying to sell it for a cheap price.
Pay little more and buy a UPS from a reputed manufacturer.

Great UPS for gaming PCs and workstations!
I have an Ant Esports 600W PSU, a 165Hz Zebronics monitor, Ant Esports 3.1 speakers (USB-powered), and an Airtel Xstream WiFi router—all connected to this UPS. While playing Valorant at 1920p (low settings), I got an exact backup of 29 minutes and 38 seconds before the UPS started beeping rapidly.
I fully charged the UPS for 6 hours before first use. The fan noise is barely noticeable if you’re using headphones while gaming. Even when the AC mains is off, the UPS fan make less sound (not that quite though) than an NVIDIA GPU running at 100% fan speed in MSI Afterburner. It does require 16A plug socket but you can purchase the socket from amazon (150 rupee minimum). Register the product and get 2 years + 4 month extra warranty. if any questions in future regarding the ups (2000VA unit) can ask query’s to me @reddit: u/gamingpratik. or instagram @hellopratik. Thanks!

Needs a 16Amp Electric Outlet
No fuss UPS, works for Dell Precision Workstations with 1800W SMPS without complaint.
Has a fan which makes noise while charging the battery even when UPS is not being used, charging seems to emit a lot of heat.
Compared to other UPS that are required to fulfill a similar task, running a heavy workstation without overloading, this is very much a budget friendly alternative to other heavy 2 KVA UPSs.
Despite the size it packs a heavy transformer so be careful while handling so you don’t squash your fingers while moving it around.

After first full charge, I tested on my 750w PC, with 2 monitors. No heavy gaming, just basic web browsing, lasted for 40min then low Battery beep started coming. However when it runs on internal battery the fan runs fast and makes noise because fan’s Wings are touching a internal wire, which I can open this ups and adjust but they should have caught this in quality check. Power and duration wise it’s fine, also makes a beep every second when running on battery which is irritating but okay if you have some emergency task to do on PC. Overall will suggest to invest 5k more and buy a proper ups with external battery then this. If Electricity goes frequently.

it has been two weeks; I am using this UPS. I tested my CPU I5 14400f, 4060ti 16GB, MSI MAG 850GL, LG 27inch 4k display. There was power fluctuation for once and then it worked for 20 mins, the power then restored. I didn’t have to do anything here, but it has been just 2weeks. I will update this review if I get an option to do so after 6 months, this is a heavy 12KG battery with a big A16 socket, you better have one before getting this product.

Built a new system recently, needed a UPS with atleast 1600VA, this and microtek are the only options, Artis has 2000VA and at the same price. Initial testing shows this holds up well with the auto switch and can take the constant load.
