 1. You have to remember that this case is cheaper than ESR case. 2. The pocket you get for apple pencil is slightly small than that of ESR’s. So you need to push it in. 3. As you have seen the video that little box thing, I didn’t understand it’s purpose. So someone explain. 4. Some are getting damaged products, but there is no refund in the Amazon app. Don’t worry, you can call the customer care and ask for return. They will help you out. 5. Overall it’s a good product, worth the buy. But if you are the type of person, who wants everything to be perfect, the get the ESR case.
