For what I paid here I couldn’t believe it was such an awesome headset. The worst part about this thing is that I felt so stupid for spending so much on others.
The one thing I would change is the buttons for volume control. A sliding bar, or a wheel to change the volume would be better in my opinion but the button to mute sound and mic are amazing and easy to use. Within a few days of use my fingers already know which buttons to push and I am still blown away by how quality it is.
Leaves me confident at buying again and curious about their other more expensive headsets.

Great solid headphones with comfortable foam padding. The overall design feels a bit like a tacky knockoff version of a gaming headset, but the ability to mute and deafen from the headphone buttons is a good feature I didn’t expect at this price point.

The product not at all stand up to its price and brand name. The product is fragile and not durable. The mic stopped working within 2 months inspite of handling properly. The sound quality is just above average. I had earlier tried a different headphone from Amazon basic. And faced the same problem. Would never go for Amazon basics headphones.

Build is very sturdy. Sound is decent enough. Good quality plastic, Sound isolation is good. But the windows software which they have mentioned in the title could not be found anywhere. So, I guess there is no such 7.1 surround sound specific software and it’s mostly always-on surround sound.
