Build is very sturdy. Sound is decent enough. Good quality plastic, Sound isolation is good. But the windows software which they have mentioned in the title could not be found anywhere. So, I guess there is no such 7.1 surround sound specific software and it’s mostly always-on surround sound.

The product is not as good as it is reviewed. My headphones stopped working after one month of use. Also the product related service is worst out of worst. In fact, when tried to call customer care no sign of response from the company side was seen. I strongly recommend not to buy “Amazon Products” as they do not provide any customer care services despite their warranty period. I think this product don’t deserve any stars but as a formality one is forced to give a rating.
I thought I’ll have uninterrupted meetings but I always get embarrassment when my voice is not audible, I tried chaning settings multiple times but doesn’t work , worst experience, very heavy , and only USB type which is another cons

I had these headphones for around 5 months for gaming and chatting with game and work groups. Overall the sound is good. controls are good. but they broke down super quick. I dont yank on my coards or anything, but the part near the headphon cup just broke over time and eventually snapped. I was a bit annoyed and tried to see what caused it but couldn’t find any major issues besides it simple would kink and coil up itghtly when id take them on or off and no amount of carefulness from me would stop that.

音質やマイクなどAPEXやってる分には別に問題無く使えてました。
勿論ハイエンド商品と比べたら値段の分劣るのだとは思いますが、私みたいなライトプレイヤーにはこれで事足りると思います。
唯一欠点を挙げるとすれば
ヘッドセットの締めつけが結構キツめです。
頭の大きめの人には向かないとは思います。

Amazonベーシックは他にもいろいろと購入していますがハズレ商品が少ないです。
当ヘッドセットもそれに該当し、この価格帯（￥2,500）にしては音もそれほど悪いわけでもなく通常使用するには十分な性能だと思います。
音に対するこだわりが強い方は最初からこのクラスは選択肢には入らないと想定されますが、必要最低限の機能を求めているならコスパは相当高いです。
よくわからない中華メーカーの同価格帯よりはAmazonベーシックを選択しておけば大きく外すことは免れると思います^_^
