Thats the main reason why I trusted the brand and bought this keyboard. And I’m fully satisfied. I was somewhat surprised to discover the absence of dedicated arrow keys on the keyboard. Instead, they are integrated with multifunctional buttons, requiring users to hold down these buttons to access the arrow key functions. Aside from this design choice, the keyboard performs exceptionally well. A suggestion for improvement would be the inclusion of a toggle feature, eliminating the need to continually hold down the function keys. However, the power switch broke after a month of purchase, rendering the keyboard completely unusable. Customer service is totally unavailable; there is no phone number to contact them, only an email address. They have not responded even after a prolonged wait. I attempted a DIY switch replacement, which involved removing all the keys and key switches. The specific switch model “JS203011SCQNSI” was not available in my region, and the shipping costs alone amounted to about 2000 INR. I couldn’t find this switch in any local store or on Amazon. I am very disappointed with this product and would not recommend it to anyone.

Using this for around 6-7 months, amazing battery for me the effect i use, the battery lasts around 9-10 days with single charge. And it took 1.5-2 hours on board charging for getting it to 100% again. Keys feel nice and solid. Amazing stuff.

El teclado está muy bien, funciona perfectamente y solo le encuentro una pega. El selector de encendido, bluetooth y rf…es demasiado pequeño y cuesta ver en qué posición está. Quizás mejor hubiera sido otra posición, como en el frente o un lateral… quizás un interruptor más grande, quizás alguna iluminación…no sé, el tema es que cuesta ver en qué posición está. Este detalle no afecta al uso de una manera significativa, pero para mi es un pequeño fallo de diseño, algo mejorable. Por lo demás es genial, se escribe muy bien, es práctico que puedas elegir si lo quieres usar por cable, bluetooth y rf, la iluminación es muy configurable, la batería bien, casi perfecto.

Cons: Frequently gets disconnected while it’s on Bluetooth or 2.4gh mode. Not serving the purpose of wireless. Unavailability of arrow keys makes alot difficult to perform simple shortcut keys.
No pros for this product in this price range.
Totally disappointed!!!
My advice would be better go for full size wireless keyboard and that too not in this brand.

This keyboard is apt for beginners to mechanical keyboard. The keys are prelubbed to a certain extend and for first time user its good to adapation. Typying feels good and different from regualr keyboard. Keys are very sensetive. But de to some reason I am not usure the software in not running on windows 11 BUt overall its a featured packed product in the price range
