I bought this keyboard and mouse combo with high hopes, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a total disaster. First off, the backlighting on the keyboard is purely for show—it does not illuminate the keys at all! If you’re someone who works in low light and relies on visible key legends, this is a dealbreaker.
To make matters worse, the mouse scroll is completely non-functional. I tried troubleshooting, but it seems like a hardware issue.
Overall, this purchase has been a huge letdown. The combo might look appealing in photos, but the functionality is severely lacking. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for reliability or proper performance.

I bought this yesterday and when I unboxed it and plugged it in for the first time the mouse was not working… RGB and all working but the cursor is not moving…the keyboard is just perfect
