**Disappointing Experience with Product and Company**
I will never purchase anything from this company again. This is a cheating company that deceives customers into buying their products. I bought a laptop battery from them, and it completely died as soon as the warranty expired. It is very disappointing that the company sold a poor-quality product that failed right after the warranty period ended. I would not recommend anyone to buy products from this company.

If an original battery was available, would cost anywhere 3K-5K. Product is good, minor fitting issues for N5110, giving backup around 2.5 hrs as expected. Delivered one day earlier. Please have compatability & expectations check on performance of duplicate battery before ordering.

Initially it was working but suddenly not going to charge and laptop is not turning on. Service is also very poor.
No online assistance provided to troubleshoot. Asking for to go to service center and very poor service network. No pick and drop service facility.
Go for other options .

Writing this review after a year now…
The battery backup is decent. I have Windows 11 pro installed with Dell’s quickest extended battery mode, which gives about 2hrs 20mins as the screen on time with youtube surfing via connected wifi and Bluetooth switched off.
Over time, battery health decreases (as expected) whereas mine is at 67%, giving a sot of 1hr 45mins with the settings above.

This keyboard is a steal at this price point. The keys are responsive, the typing experience is comfortable, and every key works flawlessly. It’s also a perfect match for my Dell Inspiron 15 series laptop.it’s worth to buy it

I had purchased this mid-2021 and by end of 2022, I have started facing problems with maintaining the charge. I would see that it is at 50% charged and suddenly in 5 minutes, it would drop to 5% and has also shut down completely. These sudden turning off of laptop is dangerous for the laptops and you could also end up losing important data if is not saved.
If I have to buy once in every 2 years, I rather spend the extra money on buying the original and not have to worry about battery for at least 5-6 years.
