I’ve been using this laptop cooling pad for a few weeks now, and it’s been a mixed bag. On the plus side, it does seem to help keep my laptop running a bit cooler, especially during intense gaming sessions.
However, I have a few issues with the design. The fans can be a bit loud, and the pad itself feels a bit flimsy. The adjustable height settings are nice, but they don’t always stay in place.
Overall, it’s an okay product, but not great. If you’re looking for a basic cooling pad, this might do the trick. But if you’re looking for something more premium, you might want to look elsewhere.

My Metal laptop started heating alot as Sumner approach. Also it have a fan on the base that make it unaffective.
This product have multiple fans that cools down the laptop and rhe stand height also lift it up for better viewing angle.

Brand new product offering from Amazon Basics. There were no other reviews when I bought it, still took a chance because, well Basics have worked well.
Unfortunately, this one JUST DOESN’T do the job. It doesn’t cool. I even ended up buying a realy long USB cable so I could power it directly from an adapter instead of from the laptop itself. Same result!!
Ended up installing a bunch of software to check CPU temp, GPU temp, Hard Disk temp – all said the same thing.
By the way, used it on two other laptops also – including a Macbook Pro 13″ aluminum Unibody and a 17″ Dell. Not only did it not work, but you can see from the pics also, this Cooling pad is not really suitable for larger laptops, even though it is advertised as up to 17″
So disappointed.
