Couldn’t find the insights I have mentioned against this specific mouse, maybe available on the Logitech one. (haven’t checked feedback for either on reddit though, impulse buy xD)
Insights:
1. Only for larger-than-average-sized right handed people. (Ambidextrous by no means, if there were any doubts.).
2. Considerably larger area required for accurate mouse operation. (use on Highest DPI setting though.).
3. I pivot on my elbow instead on my wrist (suggested), meaning your right handed arm rest must be in level with the mouse operation surface. Haven’t faced any wrist pain issue so far.
4. Not very portable, its larger sized than a normal mouse.
5. Remember reading another review here regarding an increased delay and effort from movement from mouse holding posture to keyboard and vice versa, have limited this delay and normalised the effort by ensuring that the operation surface is in line with the armrest and accordingly, my arm.
Suggested improvements:
1. Silent buttons maybe? (Personal preference – but general tactility of buttons are good (back and front button is a little soft, but still alright.)
2. One more higher level of DPI maybe, but I’m being greedy at this point xD
3. Would pay more if necessary to get app based button profiles, (similar to what Logitech does).
No idea if Amazon has the ability to edit and add details to reviews, but will try to post a long term review.
Overall, a great experience.

The mouse seems like a replica of the Logitech MX Vertical mouse (that is at least 10x as expensive). Which means ergonomics is great. It’s comfortable to hold and the keys and buttons are well-placed.
The keys are audibly clicky. Not too loud but not as silent and soft as are in Logitech Lift. The scroll wheel makes a little bit of noise that is not expected from even an affordable mouse but it works fine. It runs on two AAA batteries which are not included. A 2.4ghz dongle is housed inside the mouse, so travelling with this shouldn’t be an issue. The mouse also goes into stand-by automatically after several minutes of non-usage to save battery.
There is however one major flaw: the mouse cursor skips (jumps) when using. This gets annoying quite soon since the mouse cursor is often not where you expect it to be. On one occasion I ended up accidentally closing a window when trying to click on something else because the mouse had jumped (skipped) to a corner on its own. I have owned a Logitech G402 and Logitech Lift mouse and never faced this issue on the same mousepad (a gaming mat), so it’s clearly an issue with the mouse’s sensor.
I’ve asked for a replacement (since no refunds are offered), so will update this review after I receive the new mouse. Till then it’s a 1-star from me since it gets the ergonomics right but messes up the primary thing that it’s supposed to do: move the cursor accurately.
(PS: It also does not allow you to customise the extra buttons since Portronics does not offer a software like Logitech. The two side buttons are mapped to forward and backward which in this age of use-and-throw browser tabs is a pointless feature. The DPI button is also pointless since that is a feature used by gamers more than anyone (when sniping) and this is definitely not a good gaming mouse. Fortunately, I was able to re-map the side buttons using AutoHotkey but not the DPI button.)
Update: I got a replacement mouse but it also skips/jumps. The replacement mouse was from the same batch (batch #0123), so if you get a mouse from a different batch your mileage may vary. For now, it seems it’s an issue with the mouse’s hardware so I’m returning it again. Amazon was nice enough to place a refund request (instead of a replacement) this time. Will look elsewhere for an affordable vertical mouse.

As the name suggests,, this is an ergo mouse. It’s a bit bulky (presence-wise, not weight-wise).
The hand operates in a comfortable position with this mouse.
However, other facets of the mouse are average – scroll speed, ease of movement, etc.
The price point is super attractive, so that’s a huge plus.

6 mahine se use kr rha hu. Bht achcha product hai. Bs pinky finger k liye kbi kbi jgh nh milti. Or backward navigation k liye thik h pr forward k liye thoda adjustment krna pdta h. But it is value for money. In this price point you can go for it.

The product performs good. But in vertical movement of the cursor, it is visibly slower than the horizontal movement. Mouse is good no problem with fit n finish according to the price point. DPI button should’ve been split into two buttons so that it would have been easier to understand the dpi level. (RedGear Mouse worth Rs. 480 already have them.) The grip on this one is absolutely the best. Feels premium and sweat proof. Thumb rests perfectly. Some might have wrist bone pain but for that you can get a good mouse pad with gel infuse. Overall a good product, definitely recommended only for developers.

The mouse is very convenient to hold when working for long hours like editing and the quality is very good and light weight. Also the sensitivity of the mouse is good and is compatible to all devices. It is also versatile and produces less noise when clicking.
