It’s plug & play. As simple as any electronic item should be! Very soft keys, automatically goes on standby if you don’t type for some time, charges very quickly & is reasonably light. The color contrast in the grey version I have is even nicer for typing. I don’t know about durability yet since I’ve just started using it. But it looks good so far.

The keyboard stopped responding to the backspace key and Shift+L key (lowercase l is working). I find this behaviour very strange.
I checked the keyboard by reconnecting bluetooth and on Windows and iPad. The same problem persists. Since lowercase l is working and capital L is printed with caps lock on and since it does not respond to only Shift+L, it is very strange.
Backspace also stopped working (both at the same time).
I connected this keyboard and another bluetooth keyboard together to my iPad. I used the other Bluetooth keyboard for pressing backspace and Shift+L (and used this keyboard for other keys). After a while, this keyboard started working with Shift+L and Backspace keys. It is now working.
It seems to be a software issue in this keyboard. The manufacturers have to find some fix.

The media could not be loaded.
 It is compact ,keys nicely placed ,connected by blue tooth instantly ,the most needed was caps lock indicator which I got in this key board after a lot of search . Gets connected to three gadgets by blue tooth at a time and shifts with a click of a button .
