As an Govt job aspirants i purchased this product for typing purpose. Its keys are not super soft and also not super hard. But still I’ll say its keys are hard. It feels good while touching. Also 1 year warranty card is given inside but I don’t know how to claim warranty. No volume keys given. I bought it in Rs199 so it is worth every penny. I am using it since 3 months and haven’t faced any kind of issues. In student life we always sort of money so o think its a good deal. Hope it helps.

Keyboard is awesome but delivery is very bad. Got damge box and keyboard packet seal was broken. Amazon need to be careful
