After one month of purchase,mouse was not working at all,so I contacted the customer support of ant esports but no response from them after multiple calls also.I mailed them to repair the product as the product was under warranty.I bought a wireless mouse and keyboard. They accepted the claim after one month and after repairing it sent to me without the USB dongle in the box.I am unable to operate the wireless mouse without it.I have sent the mail for the same but no reply from them.My money was wasted as with USB dongle the mouse and keyboard both becomes functional.Kindly do the needful asap.
