Unlike height-adjustable armrests with rotating arm-pads (basically high-end chairs), we often feel the need to have a higher arm-rest that could align with our arms’ orientation. This one serves that purpose very well. Easy to fit and configure. Although the cover peels off and the underlying sponge isn’t high quality, the armrest itself is perfectly functional.

This hand rest keeps you free from the pain. As this fits on to the table, the height of the arm(rest) would be around 1.5 cm higher than the table height. Hence I put a book under the mouse pad so that the whole arm and my wrist are on the same plane, parallel to the ground. See the attached picture. It does not occupy space, and when the armrest is not in use, it can be folded so that it does not protrude out from the table. Cushion on the top of the arm rest is comfortable.
