I am a photographer and I use Internal HDDs to store client data. I was looking a product which read my internal HDDs as a Card reader. Then I found this awesome product. First time it takes some time to read hdd and the next time it quickly opens the files. Getting writing speed upto 120MB. I was afraid to buying this but now I recommend everyone. It is better than external HDD case. Swapping HDDs is very easy.
What I Like –
1. No fancy or unnecessary design and features, just plug and play.
2. Getting speed upto 120MB.
3. Responsive.
Don’t Like –
1. Build quality feels cheap. But as compared to price it’s okay okay.
2. I got JIO branded power adaptor. Which absolutely fake.
Everything is good, I just hope it doesn’t damege quickly.

Everything is great till you see the used and dorty power adapter is of jio fiber router’s adapter where they had put their brands sticker on the jio engraving. But apart from this all ok.

I have been using it for over a year. It is connected to my desktop. It has the same speed and everything as expected. It is very fast to retrieve a database of 10 hard disks. For that, I use the application Search my Files. By looking at it, you can know which hard disk has the file you want, then you just need to connect that disk.

I had purchased this product, the received item was faulty and asked for replacement initially i got replacement which is not working, i again raised query on there WhatsApp number there is no proper response only, i had shared all the requirement what is been asked but till date they are not able to solve the issue or provide replacement.
Customer service Hopeless, there is no response from PIBOX team at all,
I contacted the company through WhatsApp (this is their preferred method) and asked them the process for RMA. They asked me for several screenshots of the product, the Invoice as well as several various diagnostic screenshots which I duly provided.
After that COMPLETE SILENCE from the Company – No replies to WhatsApp.
What is the point of stating you have a 1 year Warranty when you have ZERO intention of honoring it?
I will never buy or recommend their products to anyone.
DO NOT EXPECT ANY KIND OF WARRANTY SUPPORT FROM THIS COMPANY – because you just wont get it.
