I had high hopes for the Lemorele M.2 NVMe SSD Enclosure Adapter given its sleek design and promises of fast data transfer rates. Unfortunately, my experience with this product has been disappointing.
Stopped Working After 1 Week: The biggest issue is that it stopped working completely within a week of use. After just a few file transfers, the device became unresponsive. My computer no longer detects the SSD, and I tried using different cables and ports, but nothing helped.
Inconsistent Performance: Even before it failed, the performance was erratic. Data transfer speeds would sometimes drop for no apparent reason.
Durability Concerns: While the casing looks good, its internal components seem to lack durability. For an enclosure that’s meant to house an NVMe drive, I’d expect it to be much more reliable.
Verdict:
This enclosure promised a lot but failed to deliver. It’s frustrating when a product stops working after such a short period of use. I can’t recommend the Lemorele M.2 NVMe SSD Enclosure Adapter, especially if you’re looking for reliability. Hopefully, the company can improve the quality control of this product because the idea is great, but the execution falls short.

The case is slim and easy to carry everywhere. And works flawlessly and transfer speed is 1gb/s for R/W. Although it also depends on the file you transfer and the storage system.
Con :- (1)cooling pad provided with this ssd enclosure has no use for this case. As the case is too slim if you apply thermal pad then you can’t even put the ssd with thermal pad in this case.
(2) the silicon knob provided to fix the ssd is very weak to do its job. The fixing of SSD is very flimsy and weak. The knob easily get displaced from its position. It will be pain in the neck to put the SSD in the case.. but once it’s done everything will be working fine. And don’t do heavy task using it. It will heat a lot. But with normal use it works fine without any heating problem.

It is a good product, and it delivers, which it is advertised. The transfer speed is around 450 MB/s in case you use USB 3.0. If you use USB 3.1 Gen2, then you get around 1000 MB/s. One cons is that the light indicator is static even though it transfers files, but the light is not blinking, and another cons is that it has no sleep mode, which means some other enclosures offer sleep to the enclosure in case it has not been used for the past 10 minutes, but in this enclosure the functionality is not available, which leads to the battery drain of your laptop in case it is not used. In this product there is one enclosure, a pair of latches, and one thermal pad. The body of this enclosure is metal, and it helps to dissipate the heat. I use an SSD, and while transferring, the SSD max temperature touches 56°C, and the average temperature is 48°C, but when I use this thermal pad, the max temperature is 46°C, and the average is 42°C. It significantly reduces the temperature, and the thermal pad is contacting the metal surface of the enclosure, and it cools down immediately after operation. The after-sale service is very responsive and helpful. You go for this enclosure if you want a study, strong build quality, and responsive after-sale service if you compromise with the small cons discussed above.

While the data transfer speeds aren’t particularly fast, partly due to the choice of SSD, the enclosure is well-designed and easy to use with any NVMe SSD. Installing the SSD is easy. The metal body with a matte powder coated finish ensures efficient heat dissipation, making it a solid option for an external SSD enclosure if you prefer affordable DIY options to build your on external storage.

Really nice as it’s all aluminum for lower heat. Far better than carrying a thumb drrive around, I’m using mine with a gaming high speed 500Gb nvme installed. Nice and fast, make sure to use the usb-c plug on the computer that goes up to 10GB, you’ll get a lot more speed! I’m getting over 250-300MB/s transfer speeds. Your lucky if you get 150MB/s using plain USB 3.1

I was looking for external storage drive for backup when I saw nvme prices lesser than that and then searched for enclosure and found this.
It’s sleek , metallic and sturdy.
Works well with nvme green from WD.
On Windows works without 1 single extra step.
For Android, few things I would like to mention here. nvme enclosure or nvme itself has extra power requirements that means normal Android phone can not power it. S23 Ultra or similar phones having reverse charging capability was able to support but not normal phones. Solution to that is if you have a C type USB hub that also takes power in then that can be used to connect to power supply and phone and enclosure then this drive works flawlessly.
Another thing, format nvme to exFAT instead of NTFS if you want to use on both Android and Windows.

1. Durability ok but not water resistant so be careful
2. Heat dissipation is great the whole metal part of the enclosure gets hot as hell if u write more than 20gb like really hot upto 60 to 80 . Thermal pad really works
3. First I struggled to install thermal pad and then when I matched the shell and the way we put it .
4.write speed initially goes low as 100mbps on thunderbolt 4.0 . Yes later goes upto 650mbps depends on the file else it would go from 200 to 500mbps . Read speeds accurate.
Took 3 to 4 mins to write 45gb not bad
5.best part is u get no cable design which is a best thing
6.compatibility is good and connectivity is very responsive immediately recognised the device .
7. No warranty as it’s a Chinese imported item sold here for 400 to 600 ra profit .
8.i used sn770 on this just to let u guys know.
There are good options in market which might get better results but not sure most has otg type designs
Write speeds is a little compromise for the design . Still worth it for the price

L’installation d’un SSD NVME M.2 à l’intérieur est vraiment facile. C’est en un boîtier en métal donc qui participe à la dissipation thermique de manière efficace, d’autant plus qu’il est livré avec une bande autocollante de pâte thermique à placer sur le SSD avant l’installation dans le boîtier.
Une fois branché sur un port adéquat USB 3.1 Gen 2 (en USB-A ou USB-C car un adaptateur est aussi fourni), la vitesse théorique de 10 Gb/s est atteinte effectivement, ce qui représente 924 MB/s en lecture et 1004 MB/s en écriture dans mon cas.
